About the Role

The Sales Manager position at FudMe is a remote opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the company's sales strategies across multiple channels. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and analytics, with experience in developing and managing sales strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences. As a Sales Manager at FudMe, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and creative departments, to ensure alignment with business goals and the overall sales strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include scheduling demos, selling SaaS and social media marketing packages, and streamlining activities to help sales representatives engage with more clients and close more sales. You will also oversee the company's brand messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications, and conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and product launches
  • Schedule demos and sell SaaS and social media marketing packages to clients in the USA and Canada
  • Streamline activities to help sales representatives engage with more clients and close more sales
  • Oversee the company's brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and communications
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality, compelling content that drives engagement and supports campaign objectives
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement to the sales and marketing teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in a senior role
  • Experience in developing and managing sales strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and project management skills
