The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential Web3 projects, leading sales conversations, and managing the onboarding process from initial contact to successful launchpad integration. This role requires a deep understanding of launchpad operations, tokenomics, and the dynamics of project fundraising within the Web3 ecosystem.The day-to-day activities of the Sales Onboarding Lead will involve cold outreach to potential partners, networking within the Web3 community, and leveraging existing ecosystem connections to identify promising projects. The role also entails negotiating terms with partners and guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to Seedify's advisory, marketing, and launch teams.

What You Will Do
- Identify high-potential Web3 projects across different genres through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Engage founders and key stakeholders of potential projects via cold outreach, networking events, and ecosystem connections.
- Lead sales conversations to pitch Seedify's value proposition clearly and persuasively, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Seedify.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle of new projects, from first contact to successful launchpad integration.
- Utilize tools like Notion, Jira, and Telegram to track and streamline the onboarding process, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including advisory, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless handoff and successful project launch.
- Advise partners on tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising strategies, providing valuable insights to support their growth.
- Stay abreast of market trends and contribute to the development of best practices in Web3 project onboarding and launchpad operations.
- Work closely with the launch team to ensure project readiness and successful launch execution.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the Web3 or tech startup ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of launchpad operations, including IDO and bonding curves models, tokenomics, and project fundraising dynamics.
- Knowledge of Web3 ecosystem trends and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and partnership.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with founders and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency with Notion, Jira, and Telegram, or similar project management and communication tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, decentralized team environment, with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Strong networking skills, with an existing network of Web3 founders, launchpads, or crypto VCs being a significant plus.
