About the Role
The Sales Operations Analyst is a remote role that plays a critical part in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction at Conair LLC. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication skills. The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations, from order management to inventory alignment.As a key member of the sales operations team, the analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement. This role entails working independently to resolve issues and collaborating with team members to implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and be proficient in Excel.

What You Will Do
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators

- Develop and maintain documentation of sales operations processes
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
