What You Will Do
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales and operational data from CRM and BI tools to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators such as pipeline health, revenue growth, and forecast accuracy
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for process improvement and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance and support for implementing new processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Develop and deliver materials for business reviews and executive presentations
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Participate in project planning and manage ad hoc initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and analytics
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive business efficiency and growth
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of sales methodology and processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
