About the Role
The Sales Operations Consultant role at Directive is a critical component of the company's success, responsible for executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that drive revenue growth. As a technical champion, you will work closely with the Director of RevOps to define and implement high-velocity revenue engines for clients. Your expertise in Salesforce will be essential in ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and strategy, as well as experience in a client-facing agency or consultancy. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Directive's methodology, DiscoverabilityOS, aligns brand and demand to guide the ICP to choose the company's clients across every decision point. As a Sales Operations Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing this methodology and driving results for clients.
What You Will Do
- Execute GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the Director of RevOps to define and implement high-velocity revenue engines for clients
- Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless in Salesforce
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results for clients
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and GTM architectures
- Conduct regular analysis and optimization of sales processes to drive efficiency and growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
- Provide technical support and training to sales teams on Salesforce and GTM architectures
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder)
- Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with data migration and integration
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in Salesforce Development or Administration
