About the Role

The Sales Operations Consultant role at Directive is a technical champion position, responsible for executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations. As a key player in the sales operations team, you will work closely with the Director of RevOps to define and implement high-level architecture and pitches. Your expertise in Salesforce will be crucial in ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the execution of GTM architectures, configuring Salesforce to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. You will be part of a dynamic team that values performance, bold thinking, and campaign excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to drive revenue growth
  • Own the execution of GTM blueprints, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Configure Salesforce to drive revenue growth, including setting up workflows, flows, and reports
  • Work closely with the Director of RevOps to define and implement high-level architecture and pitches
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for sales operations processes and systems
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical support and training to sales teams on Salesforce and other sales operations tools
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and revenue growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are "dinosaurs" to you)
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales operations tools such as Salesloft, LeanData, and Gong
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in Salesforce Development or similar technologies
