About the Role
The Sales Operations Director role is a senior-level, strategic position responsible for driving predictable and scalable revenue growth at DAS Health. This involves owning sales and revenue operations strategy, execution, and performance, ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy, data, systems, and processes across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success. The successful candidate will lead operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making at the executive level.As a key member of the leadership team, the Sales Operations Director will partner closely with executive leadership to drive business outcomes. This includes working with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and implement revenue growth strategies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
The role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. What You Will Do
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue performance analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment, and ARR/MRR
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive revenue growth and process improvements
- Partner with Sales Enablement to provide data-driven metrics supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing performance improvement
- Support territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation plan administration to optimize sales performance
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue efficiency, pipeline health, and overall sales productivity
- Own, optimize, and govern CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, forecasting tools) to ensure data accuracy and adoption
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support scalable growth
- Partner with Finance on revenue reporting, forecasting, and deal approvals to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead flow analysis, conversion metrics, and attribution modeling to optimize marketing ROI
- Work with Customer Success to analyze renewals, upsell opportunities, and churn insights to inform sales strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting
- Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
- Extensive experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership and influence strategic decision-making
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong financial acumen and demonstrated partnership with Finance leadership

- Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or transformational environments
- Background supporting B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or recurring revenue business models
- Experience with compensation design, territory strategy, and CPQ tools
