The Sales Operations Manager - Data Analytics at Calabrio is a pivotal role that combines data analytics expertise with sales operations acumen to drive business growth. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Sales Operations Manager will work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize sales processes and improve forecasting accuracy. What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and maintenance of sales analytics and reporting infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Design and maintain automated reports and dashboards using BI tools to provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue, and sales productivity.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational processes for the sales organization.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement improvements through analytics and automation.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of sales tools and analytics platforms.
  • Lead and mentor sales operations analysts or data analysts to help them learn and grow.
  • Manage sales forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze pipeline metrics, win rates, and sales cycles to support revenue projections.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field, or relevant equivalent working experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a data analytics and/or sales operations manager.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years within a SaaS organization.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales and/or marketing platforms.
  • Experience with managing and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based sales and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Certification in data analytics or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
