About the Role
The Sales Operations Process Analyst plays a vital role in optimizing sales workflows and processes at Turnitin, LLC. As a key member of the sales operations team, this professional will work closely with sellers and operations partners to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations and a proven track record of success in process analysis and optimization.The sales operations team at Turnitin, LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional support to the sales organization, ensuring that sales teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed. The Sales Operations Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing process enhancements that drive productivity and revenue growth.
As a remote worker, the Sales Operations Process Analyst will be part of a global team, collaborating with colleagues across different time zones and regions. This requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to sales teams, including managing inbound sales operations cases and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop a deep understanding of current-state execution patterns, friction points, manual workarounds, and data quality issues through daily operational engagement
- Identify variations in how tasks are performed across different teams or regions and develop standardized, repeatable SOPs
- Create high-fidelity flowcharts and diagrams that visualize the current and future states of sales workflows
- Translate verbal or written business requirements into high-fidelity procedure maps and flowcharts
- Identify and define decision logic gates within a process and explicitly document the criteria for every decision point
- Design the logic for automated quality checks and ensure that data accuracy is maintained by the system rather than human intervention
- Maintain the source of truth in the internal knowledge base, owning the end-to-end structure, taxonomy, and searchability of the hub
- Convert standardized workflows and execution logic into orchestration-ready designs that technical teams can reliably implement
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, process analysis, or a related field
- Proven expertise in Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data and develop insights that drive process improvements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design, with the ability to create high-fidelity flowcharts and diagrams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in work products
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA) or machine learning (ML)
- Certification in Salesforce or a related technology, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
