About the Role
The Sales Operations Solutions Architect is a critical role at Directive, responsible for executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations. This position requires a technical champion who can transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and strategy, as well as experience working in a client-facing agency or consultancy. As a Sales Operations Solutions Architect, you will be working closely with the Director of RevOps to define and execute high-level architecture and pitches. You will own the execution of these plans, ensuring that data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless. - Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines
- Work closely with the Director of RevOps to define and execute high-level architecture and pitches
- Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve sales operations
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce configurations, including data models, workflows, and reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations
- Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams
- Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are 'dinosaurs' to you)
- Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
- Strong technical skills, including data modeling, workflow development, and reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with other CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Pardot
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
- Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
