About the Role
As a Sales Operations Solutions Architect at Directive, you will play a critical role in executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. You will be the technical champion, responsible for making the blueprint a reality within Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless. Your work will have a direct impact on clients' revenue growth and business success.The role is part of Directive's Performance division, which focuses on delivering data-driven marketing solutions to B2B brands. You will work closely with the Director of RevOps to define and execute the high-level architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce configurations.
Directive is a remote-first company, and as such, you will have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy the company's state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. What You Will Do
- Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines
- Own the execution of Salesforce configurations, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce configurations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of Salesforce configurations and GTM architectures
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of Salesforce configurations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' business operations and sales processes
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are "dinosaurs" to you)
- Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales operations and revenue growth strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data migration and integration
- Knowledge of ERDs and data modeling
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Certification in Salesforce Development or similar technologies
