About the Role
As a Sales Operations Strategist at Directive, you will play a pivotal role in executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. You will be the technical champion, working closely with the Director of RevOps to define and execute the high-level architecture and lead pitches. Your primary responsibility will be to own the execution, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless within Salesforce.The role entails a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and strategy, with a focus on solving complex problems and driving revenue growth. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, requiring discipline with time-tracking and the ability to thrive in a multi-client setting. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

What You Will Do
- Execute GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to drive pipeline and fuel SQLs for clients
- Own the execution of high-level architecture and pitches, working closely with the Director of RevOps
- Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless within Salesforce
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models and system architecture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Provide technical support and training to sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Salesforce effectively
- Analyze sales data and trends, providing insights to inform sales strategy and optimize performance
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of deep Salesforce administration and strategy experience, with a focus on SaaS
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing agency or consultancy, with a strong understanding of sales operations and GTM architectures
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows, including Workflows and Process Builder
- Experience with the modern RevOps stack, including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with data migration and integration, including ERDs and data modeling
- Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools, including Marketo and Pardot
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
