Job Description

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Strategist at Directive, you will be responsible for executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. You will serve as the technical champion, working closely with the Director of RevOps to define and implement the high-level architecture. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.

The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and strategy, as well as experience working in a client-facing agency or consultancy. You will be part of a fast-paced, innovative team that values performance, bold thinking, and collaboration.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute GTM architectures that drive revenue growth and pipeline development
  • Configure and manage Salesforce environments to ensure optimal performance and data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales operations
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of new technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing agency or consultancy
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder)
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a high-velocity, multi-client environment
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Certification in Salesforce Development or Architecture
