About the Role
The Sales Performance Manager role at Sparklight Enterprise is a critical position that will drive business growth and inform sales strategies through data analysis and performance management. As a key member of the sales team, this individual will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting sales metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This role will also involve collaborating with sales leadership to execute sales strategies and performance initiatives, as well as supporting the rollout of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance management, as well as experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce. This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and influence abilities, and the capacity to drive change and improvement in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Track, analyze, and interpret key sales metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, pipeline health, close rates, and attachment rates
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in sales data
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and performance reporting to support sales leadership
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to sales leadership to drive informed decisions
- Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies and performance initiatives
- Support the rollout of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency
- Ensure incentives align with business priorities such as revenue growth
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales performance management
What We Are Looking For
