About the Role
The Sales role at Raksha Elite Solutions is a field-intensive, target-driven position that requires a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to manage a territory, close orders, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through existing and new dealer networks. The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, preferably in power transmission or mechanical products, and a proven track record of order generation and closure. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
What You Will Do
- Manage and develop existing dealer networks to drive revenue growth
- Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's reach
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Negotiate and close orders to meet sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Provide post-sales support and resolve customer complaints
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
- Travel to meet with dealers and customers as required
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in power transmission or mechanical products
- Strong knowledge of industrial products, including chains, bearings, gears, and belts
- Proven track record of order generation and closure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Diploma or engineering graduate in a relevant field
- Experience in B2B sales or territory sales
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales funnel management and order execution coordination
- Knowledge of commercial understanding, including pricing, terms, and margins
- Experience in post-sales support and payment collection
- Certification in sales or a related field
