## About the Role The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the life sciences industry. As a key member of the LATAM Sales Organization, you will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting Danaher's products and services. Your day-to-day activities will involve building and executing sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

## What You Will Do - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the life sciences industry - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling Danaher's products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, applications, and services to drive sales growth - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition - Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales materials - Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers - Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Danaher's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new technologies, trends, and regulations

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in the life sciences and/or clinical market - Proven experience with sales funnel management, preferably SFDC - Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record - Advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Experience with Flow Cytometry sales and applications is a plus

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a remote sales role, with a proven track record of success - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights - Experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce.com - Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to change
