About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Solenis, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value through innovative hygiene solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also prospecting for new customers across various industries. What You Will Do

  • Manage order processing end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and smooth order-to-payment processes
  • Support sales teams on order and distribution-related matters, maintaining clear communication with sales account managers
  • Participate in relevant meetings to identify service improvements and communicate customer service KPIs and strategies
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and customer interactions

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in chemical specialties or a related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and communicate complex solutions effectively
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts, drive sales growth, and expand existing relationships
  • Experience with equipment and operations is an advantage, as is knowledge of the hygiene solutions market
