About the Role

The Sales Representative role at Beyond Menu is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, technology, and the food industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into customers. Your day-to-day activities will include making outbound calls to US-based restaurant owners, presenting the value of Beyond Menu's digital solutions, and booking meetings with potential clients.

As part of the sales team, you will be working closely with the Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of leads and to provide excellent customer service. The role is based in Egypt, but you will be working with a global team, and your working hours will be aligned with US Eastern business hours.

What You Will Do

  • Cold call restaurant owners across the US to generate new business leads
  • Present the value of Beyond Menu's digital solutions to potential clients
  • Book qualified meetings with Account Executives
  • Handle objections and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed daily sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and feedback
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and technology
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

  • Knowledge of SEO, online ordering, and guest engagement
