## What You Will Do - Run sales reports for managers and representatives to inform business decisions - Submit administrative paperwork, such as stock transfers and territory adjustments - Provide additional support to the IFS business unit as needed - Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for sales teams - Create and maintain territory maps to ensure accurate sales data - Assist in special projects, such as data analysis and process improvement initiatives - Interpret sales metrics and perform data entry to maintain accurate records - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and customer service representatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and challenges - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field - Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new software and systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders - Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects - Ability to work in an interdependent team environment with minimal supervision - Experience with ERP and CRM systems, especially C4C, SAP, and BIA - Customer service experience is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and metrics - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
## Nice to Have - Experience in the packaging or technology industry - Knowledge of sales operations and customer service principles - Certification in sales or customer service, such as CSP or CSS - Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating dashboards and visualizations
