About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Japan GTM sales team. The ideal candidate will be a hungry and ambitious individual with a passion for communications and AI.Responsibilities
- Assist with Pricing and Deal workflows
- Prepare Pricing and Deal Structure, using internal pricing tools
- Create, amend, and execute Order Forms, engaging with client stakeholders to ensure accuracy
- Create quotes using CPQ workflows, converting CPQ into customer-facing documents

- Familiarize yourself with Twilio's GTM sales strategy and Excel pricing tools to stand out in the application process.
- Showcase your ability to work independently and as part of a global team, highlighting remote work experience.
- Prepare examples of times when you've successfully assisted Account Executives in previous roles.

- Be prepared to discuss your experience with CPQ workflows and customer-facing quote creation.
