About the Role

Twilio is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join its Strategic Sales team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, passionate about communications, and driven to deliver positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build out Pricing and Deal workflows
- Prepare Pricing and Deal Structure using internal pricing tools - Create and manage Order Forms, engage with client stakeholders to ensure accuracy - Develop quotes using CPQ workflows and convert them into customer-facing documents
