About the Role

As a Sales VP - Health Plans & Systems at ProCare Rx, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the healthcare industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly targets. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the healthcare industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to achieve quarterly targets and drive sales performance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Utilize HubSpot and Excel to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Provide sales leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and drive sales growth
  • Travel to support sales and trade show events will be required, approximately 20% of the time

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a pharmacy benefit management company
  • Proven track record of sales success, including experience in business development, account management, and sales leadership
  • Strong phone presence and experience making cold calls and building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proficient in HubSpot and Excel, with experience in sales analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Experience working with corporate productivity and presentation tools, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a proven ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy benefit management industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Certification in sales or marketing, such as HubSpot Sales or Google Analytics
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, such as SalesLoft or Outreach
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce
