Salesforce Agentforce Architect (Technical Architect)

About the Role

The role entails leading and owning the technical solution design, including designing and understanding the complete Agentforce solution. This encompasses topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures. You'll also have the opportunity to deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce and related technologies
• Design and understand the complete Agentforce solution, including topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
• Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment
• Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes
• Develop advanced AI-powered bots, streamline business operations, or build solutions using the latest generative AI technologies
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that integrate Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, Agentforce, and more
• Work with the rest of the talented AI team to delight customers and drive innovation at scale
• Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
• Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences
• Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
• Additional Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications
• Experience with Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics
