- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including the setup of flows, permission sets, custom objects, and fields.

- Provide ongoing support and recommendations during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to new or updated Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure Salesforce integrations with other business systems are seamless and efficient.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure they are comfortable using Salesforce and understanding its capabilities.
- Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data to ensure compliance with company policies and to identify areas for optimization.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align Salesforce configurations with their strategic objectives.
