About the Role

The Salesforce Consultant role at Directive is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to drive revenue growth for clients. As a seasoned professional, you'll own the execution of world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations, transforming clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. You'll work closely with the Director of RevOps to define the high-level architecture and lead pitches, and then bring the blueprint to life within Salesforce.

The role entails day-to-day management of Salesforce environments, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless. You'll be the technical champion, responsible for making the blueprint a reality, and will work with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Execute GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to drive revenue growth for clients
  • Manage Salesforce environments, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless
  • Collaborate with the Director of RevOps to define high-level architecture and lead pitches
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement Salesforce Flows, workflows, and process builder solutions
  • Ensure data migration, integration, and synchronization are seamless
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends
  • Participate in client-facing meetings, pitches, and workshops
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are a plus)
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data migration, integration, and synchronization tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Einstein Analytics
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Certification in Salesforce Development or Architecture
