Job Description

About the Role

As a Salesforce Consultant at Directive, you will be responsible for executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. This role is a critical component of the company's success, and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to think strategically. The Salesforce Consultant will work closely with the Director of RevOps to define high-level architecture and lead pitches, and will own the execution of these plans. This will involve making the blueprint a reality within Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless. What You Will Do

  • Execute GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Director of RevOps to define high-level architecture and lead pitches
  • Own the execution of plans, making the blueprint a reality within Salesforce
  • Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support business processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are "dinosaurs" to you)
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data migration and integration
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • Certification in Salesforce Development or Architecture
