About the Role

The Salesforce Consultant role at NeuraFlash is a key part of the Revenue Solutions team, supporting business transformation initiatives and helping organizations unlock the value of their Go-to-Market strategies. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. As a Consultant, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions, focusing on execution and support across delivery phases.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, particularly in the context of Revenue Cloud, and a strong understanding of Go-to-Market strategies. You will be working closely with a dynamic team of colleagues, innovative clients, and trusted partners, including Salesforce and AI teams, to drive innovation at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions for digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
  • Contribute to modernizing Quote-to-Cash processes, helping drive efficiencies, improving sales performance, and supporting the scaling of revenue operations
  • Assist in designing Salesforce solutions tailored for Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Invoicing
  • Help develop and maintain solution documentation, including configurations, integrations, and system design details
  • Support the evaluation of product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in implementing solutions aligned with business goals to improve scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time
  • Participate in solution design and configuration support, contributing to the development of best practices
  • Support the delivery of impactful client solutions, driving innovation at scale

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, particularly in the context of Revenue Cloud
  • Experience with Go-to-Market strategies and Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with solution design and configuration support, including CPQ and Invoicing
  • Strong understanding of business operations and sales processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation at scale
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems
