About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer at Lyra Health, you will play a crucial role in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. What You Will Do

  • Develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, and process builders
  • Participate in the design and development of integrations between Salesforce and external systems
  • Learn and apply best practices for Salesforce development, including security, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Salesforce applications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience with Salesforce development or a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I) are a plus
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
