About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, and process builders
- Participate in the design and development of integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Learn and apply best practices for Salesforce development, including security, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Salesforce applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience with Salesforce development or a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I) are a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
