## About the Role The Salesforce Specialist role at Expert VA is a remote, full-time position that plays a critical part in managing and maintaining the company's Salesforce CRM system. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and system integrity, as well as customizing fields, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports to support business needs. Your expertise will enable the company to make data-driven decisions, drive business growth, and stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and reporting background, with experience in Salesforce administration, data analysis, and process improvement. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including leadership, to provide technical support, training, and guidance on Salesforce best practices. You will be expected to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.

## What You Will Do - Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity - Customize fields, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce to support business needs - Provide technical support and training to users on Salesforce best practices - Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, liaise with stakeholders, and implement solutions - Work with third-party tools and integrations, such as Zapier and API connections - Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting tools - Ensure data hygiene by monitoring and cleaning records regularly - Assist in automating reporting processes for efficiency - Handle general administrative tasks, such as ticket resolution and data entry - Support leadership with presentations, reports, and process documentation

## What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, data analysis, or related roles - Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools - Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and other similar tools - Strong technical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Experience with third-party tools, such as Zapier, Slack, or other SaaS platforms - Salesforce certification (Admin, Advanced Admin, or relevant specialization) is a plus

## Nice to Have - Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI - Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java or Python - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies - Experience working in a remote team environment
