Job Description
About the Role
The Salesforce Support Analyst will be responsible for managing support activities for Salesforce, Conga Composer, and Form Assembly implementations. This role entails working closely with an agile team to provide end-user support, perform system configurations, and create and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will be working on a wide range of tasks, from configuring custom objects and workflows to creating and maintaining reports and forms. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment and providing top-notch support to our users. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.What You Will Do
- Work with the agile team to manage support activities for Salesforce, Conga Composer, and Form Assembly implementations
- Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce and its ecosystem
- Perform system configurations, such as working with custom objects, triggers, and workflows
- Create and maintain Conga Reports and Form Assembly forms/campaigns
- Develop and maintain complete documentation for configuration specifications
- Assist with system maintenance and updates
- Gather requirements, propose solutions, and workarounds based on platform features and limitations
- Communicate technical solutions/concepts with trade-offs, risks, and benefits
- Support data activities, including extracting, normalizing, mapping, and uploading data
- Ensure data integrity through the appropriate use of de-duping and data loading tools
- Develop and conduct training sessions and update training materials
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Demonstrated Salesforce production support experience with attention to detail and a track record of delivering against objectives
- At least 5 years of experience configuring and deploying Salesforce solutions
- 3 years of experience in building forms and reports with Form Assembly and Conga Composer
- Knowledge of security and access control in Salesforce Lightning Enterprise Edition
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of data loading tools and data normalization techniques
