About the Role
The Salesforce Technical Consultant role at Directive is a vital part of the company's mission to deliver world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations. As a technical champion, you will be responsible for executing the blueprint defined by the Director of RevOps, ensuring that data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless. Your expertise in Salesforce will drive revenue growth and transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.The role involves working closely with the Director of RevOps to define the high-level architecture and lead pitches, while you own the execution and implementation within Salesforce. Your technical prowess, consultant mindset, and agency DNA will be essential in driving success in this role.
Directive operates through three divisions: Performance, Communications, and Commerce, all wired to share intelligence and answer to revenue. The company's methodology, DiscoverabilityOS, aligns brand and demand to guide the ideal customer profile (ICP) to choose the company across every decision point.
What You Will Do
- Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to drive revenue growth
- Own the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless
- Collaborate with the Director of RevOps to define high-level architecture and lead pitches
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce configurations, including data models, workflows, and integrations
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce data and workflows
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective use of Salesforce
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are not sufficient)
- Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
- Experience with data migration and integration
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
