Job Description

About the Role

Directive, a pioneering B2B marketing agency, is on the hunt for a talented Salesforce Technical Consultant to spearhead the execution of cutting-edge GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for transforming clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines, ensuring seamless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

The role involves working closely with the Director of RevOps to define and implement high-level architecture, leading pitches, and owning the execution of these plans within Salesforce. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand and demand, guiding the company's ICP to choose Directive across every decision point.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the Director of RevOps to define high-level architecture and lead pitches
  • Own the execution of GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations
  • Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations and customizations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ERDs and data modeling principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DiscoverabilityOS or similar methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and their integration with Salesforce
