About the Role
As a SalesOps Expert, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing operations for a leading company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential.The SalesOps function is a vital component of the company's sales organization, and as an expert in this field, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Your expertise in GTM, HubSpot, and Salesforce will be essential in developing and executing sales strategies that meet the company's aggressive growth targets.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain sales operations infrastructure, including data management, sales analytics, and reporting
- Design and implement sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including sales playbooks, battle cards, and competitive analysis
- Manage and optimize sales technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other sales tools
- Develop and execute sales training programs to ensure sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential
- Develop and maintain sales metrics and dashboards to measure sales performance and inform business decisions
- Identify and mitigate sales risks, including sales process inefficiencies and data quality issues
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SalesOps, RevOps, or a related field
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales operations tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with sales analytics, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including sales methodology, sales enablement, and sales training
- Experience with data management, including data quality, data governance, and data visualization
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other sales operations tools

- Experience with commission modeling, territory design, and attribution modeling
- Knowledge of sales operations best practices, including sales process optimization and sales technology implementation
