About the Role
The SalesOps Program Manager is a pivotal role at Salesloft, responsible for driving the company's revenue operations forward. This position entails working closely with the Sales Leadership Team to execute operational initiatives, deliver reporting and insights, and provide strategic support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with expertise in GTM strategy and Excel reporting. As a key member of the Revenue Operations Team, the SalesOps Program Manager will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and work hand-in-hand with Sales, Pres-Sales, and Alliances leaders to identify areas of growth and optimization. This role requires a proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and pivot quickly when priorities change. - Operate in a proactive and flexible manner, leading multiple projects at once and pivoting quickly when priorities change
- Work closely with Sales, Pres-Sales, and Alliances leaders to identify areas of growth and optimization
- Define program controls, processes, and strategy to ensure all projects contribute to the larger company strategy
- Create efficiency across Sales, Pres-Sales, and Alliances, partnering with Enablement to identify targeted areas for improvement
- Collaborate with counterparts in Product, Finance, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to carry out change management
- Oversee a portfolio of related operational projects and advise Sales Leaders on the health of their business and opportunities for growth
- Meet regularly with Sales, Pres-Sales, and Alliances leaders to align on priorities, especially during annual planning
- Create and maintain standard cross-functional reporting and devise comprehensive rules of engagement
- Provide analytics and project management support to the Sales Leadership Team
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with a strong background in GTM strategy and Excel reporting
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic alignment across sales processes, methodologies, and GTM strategy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and pivot quickly when priorities change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with sales teams to drive revenue growth and optimize sales processes
- Strong understanding of sales operations and revenue management principles
