About the Role

The SalesOps Revenue Planning & Analytics Manager is a critical position at Salesloft, responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with sales leaders and executives to develop and implement forecasting models, manage pipeline health, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. With a strong focus on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, this role requires a unique blend of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to drive revenue growth and inform business decisions
  • Manage pipeline health, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leaders and executives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Develop and implement processes to improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue planning, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advise sales leaders and executives
  • Experience with forecasting and pipeline management tools, such as Clari or similar platforms
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or similar platforms
  • Certification in sales operations or a related field, such as CSO or similar designations
