About the Role

Earth Funeral is seeking a Salesperson to guide families through end-of-life planning, helping them discover the company's sustainable services.

Responsibilities

  • Guide families compassionately through their end-of-life decisions, educating them on Earth's unique and sustainable services.
  • Build expertise in both pre-need and at-need arrangements, understanding and navigating the emotional sensitivities unique to each scenario.
  • Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, managing daily calls and strategically nurturing relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing pipeline effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce
