About the Role
The SAP ABAP Developer position at M&S Consulting is a key role that involves providing expertise and knowledge in ABAP development. This is a remote position that requires working as part of a larger team to execute systems scope and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs. What You Will Do
- Provide expertise and knowledge in the areas of ABAP development
- Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs
- Work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming
- Execute systems scope and objectives as part of a larger team
- Maintain and build pages using BSP
- Utilize Adobe Forms for specific project requirements
- Extract data from HANA DB using CDS views
- Program using ABAP, focusing on efficiency and best practices
- Build integrations using OData services, CDS Views, Inbound RFCs, APIs
- Create enhancements using BADIs and user exits
- Build print forms using Adobe Live Cycle Designer and oData/ABAP interfaces
- Develop custom workflows using workflow builder, classes, and BOR objects
What We Are Looking For
- Expertise of SAP ABAP and coding in ABAP in the BRIM ecosystem
- Experience in maintaining and building pages using BSP
- Knowledge of Adobe Forms
- Experience in extracting data from HANA DB using CDS views
- Programming experience using ABAP
- Expertise in building integrations using OData services, CDS Views, Inbound RFCs, APIs
- Ability to create enhancements using BADIs and user exits
- Experience in building print forms using Adobe Live Cycle Designer and oData/ABAP interfaces
- Experience in building custom workflows using workflow builder, classes, and BOR objects
- 5+ years of ABAP design, development, testing, and deployment experience in S4/HANA BRIM
- 3+ years of BSP experience
- 2+ Years of SAPUI5, Fiori UI elements design, development, testing, and deployment experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with integrations to AWS
- Exposure to SAP workflow framework
- Experience with SAP BADIs and user exits
- Involved in building integrations using OData services, CDS Views
