The SAP C4C Technical consultant role at PradeepIT Consulting Services is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and client management skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering SAP solutions that meet the needs of clients and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. As a technical consultant, you will be working closely with the development team to design, build, test, and deploy SAP solutions that meet the needs of clients.

What You Will Do
- Design, build, test, and deploy SAP solutions that meet the needs of clients
- Manage client relationships and provide technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the development team to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients
- Analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions
- Provide hands-on technical knowledge and manage client relationships within the context of the role
- Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise
- Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment and lead consultants in various project work streams
- Participate in the design and configuration of key integration points in CRM
What We Are Looking For
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) technical experience
- Experience with ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C solutions
- Experience in developing custom objects in C4C
- Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and experience in creation of extension fields
- Establish an extension field link between the new business object and an existing business object
- Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
- Experience researching, evaluating, and implementing existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with support projects along with implementation projects
- Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with onsite-offshore model delivery experience on both implementation and SLA-based support projects
- Flexibility to work on varying shifts and adapt to changing project requirements
