About the Role

The SAP Consultant role at Gratitude Jobs Ahead HR INC is a unique opportunity to work on public sector digitalization projects, utilizing SAP CRM/CM and S/4HANA. As a key member of the consulting team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing customer management processes, developing solutions, and leading implementations. With the ability to work remotely and on-site at client locations, this role offers a flexible and dynamic work environment.

The role is part of a larger team focused on delivering innovative SAP solutions to public sector clients. You will work closely with other consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. What You Will Do

  • Analyze and optimize customer management processes in SAP CRM/CM and S/4HANA
  • Develop solutions in classic SAP CRM, S/4HANA CM, and SAP CX
  • Lead implementations of SAP UI5 and S/4HANA
  • Act as an expert, delivering creative solutions to process and technical questions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work on long-term projects with varied tasks, continuously expanding your knowledge
  • Participate in the talent development program to enhance your skills
  • Contribute to the development of SAP CX solutions for public sector projects
  • Work remotely and on-site at client locations, as required
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you progress in your career

What We Are Looking For

  • Completed studies in Business Informatics or a comparable technical qualification
  • Experience in consulting and programming SAP CRM/CM components
  • Passion for mapping customer needs in SAP CRM/CM
  • Several years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP OO programming
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX
  • Knowledge of SAP UI5 and other relevant technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
  • Certification in SAP CRM/CM or S/4HANA
