Job Description

About the Role

CSCI Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Architect to aid in the consolidation and migration of multiple SAP systems into S/4HANA across our Federal client base.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of data migration activities from four SAP ECC environments into SAP S/4HANA.
  • Use tools like SNP CrystalBridge for data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
  • Define data transformation rules to ensure integrity with the new ERP design.
  • Collaborate with Functional Process Teams for readiness activities and validate business requirements.
  • Participate in integrated test cycles including mock conversions and validation testing.
  • Identify and resolve defects and inconsistencies between SAP and legacy systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on migration strategy and best practices.
  • Escalate risks and issues to leadership promptly.
  • Offer deployment and post-go-live support for a smooth transition to S/4HANA.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Data Migration.
  • Strong familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge in SNP CrystalBridge or equivalent migration tools.
  • Experience supporting functional data design discussions.
