About the Role

The SAP FICO Consultant role at Pertemps ERP is a unique opportunity to work on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, utilizing your expertise to implement and customize SAP FI/CO solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting customers in optimizing their Finance and Controlling processes, working closely with clients and internal experts to deliver innovative solutions. With a focus on remote work, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a collaborative and international team.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working on complex finance transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will also be expected to participate in end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering through implementation and user training.

As a senior consultant, you will be expected to lead by example, sharing your knowledge and expertise with junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices and standards.

What You Will Do

  • Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, implementing and customizing SAP FI/CO solutions
  • Support customers in optimizing their Finance and Controlling processes
  • Participate in end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering through implementation and user training
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal experts to deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that clients are able to effectively use SAP FI/CO solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve the delivery of projects

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, with a focus on consultancy experience
  • Strong SAP ERP and S/4HANA Finance knowledge, including SAP FI/CO solutions
  • Experience with customizing and process optimization, including SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Client-facing consulting experience, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
  • German C1 and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience working on complex finance transformation projects, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering projects on time and to a high standard

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other SAP modules, including SAP MM or SAP SD
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments, including cloud-based solutions and artificial intelligence
  • Experience working in a collaborative and international team environment
  • Certification in SAP FICO or a related field
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall
