## What You Will Do - Configure SAP OTC processes, including order management, delivery, billing, and returns - Integrate OTC with FICO, MM, and logistics modules to ensure seamless operations - Analyze business requirements to optimize OTC workflows - Support UAT, cutover, and go-live phases of SAP implementation projects - Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes - Develop and maintain documentation of SAP OTC configurations and processes - Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status - Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP OTC processes - Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP OTC processes

## What We Are Looking For - Strong experience in SAP OTC processes and configurations - Deep understanding of end-to-end sales cycles and order-to-cash processes - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting - Experience with SAP implementation projects, including UAT and go-live phases - Knowledge of FICO, MM, and logistics modules and their integration with OTC - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Certification in SAP OTC or related modules is a plus
