About the Role
The Scheduling Coordinator position is a vital part of Travel Planning Professionals' client coordination and scheduling team. As a scheduling coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that client requests are managed efficiently and effectively, providing a seamless experience for clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating and managing scheduling requests, gathering and organizing client information, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and scheduling activity.In this role, you will work closely with the client coordination team to ensure that all client needs are met, and that scheduling processes are running smoothly. You will be responsible for communicating updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner, and for maintaining organized records of interactions and scheduling activity.
