Science Project Manager & Grant Writer (Part-Time / Flexible)

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health sciences, with a PhD or equivalent research experience in a related field. You will be responsible for coordinating joint projects with universities and life science companies, overseeing research-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

• Identify national, EU, and global research grants and funding opportunities
• Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with the scientific and clinical teams
• Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award
• Support setup, documentation, and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations
• Act as the liaison between internal teams, academic partners, and corporate collaborators
• Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects
• Coordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies
• Oversee research-related documentation, IRB/ethics submissions, and data collection workflows
• Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence
• Utilize modern AI tools to maximize productivity and improve internal processes

What We Are Looking For

• PhD or equivalent research experience in health sciences, life sciences, biomedical engineering, digital health, or a related field
• Proven experience in grant writing with a track record of successful applications
• Strong scientific writing and communication skills in English
• Experience with clinical research administration, including protocols, ethics submissions, and reporting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with academics, clinicians, and corporate partners
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, international environment
• Familiarity with Excel and other productivity tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital therapeutics, MSK research, or health economics
• Familiarity with AI tools and project management software
• Certification in grant writing or a related field
