What You Will Do
- Support client onboarding and discovery
- Facilitate Agile coaching and training sessions
- Implement CRM and workflow solutions
- Provide meeting facilitation and follow-up support
- Assist with project tracking and delivery support
- Conduct client accountability check-ins
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and process improvements
- Deliver training sessions and group coaching support
- Support business growth and implementation projects
- Assist with partner outreach and client relationship support
- Collaborate with the HSI team to deliver high-quality services to clients
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with Scrum, Agile, project delivery, coaching, or operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, such as GoHighLevel
- Business process improvement experience
- Client success or account management experience
- Training, facilitation, or consulting experience
- Entrepreneurship or small business support experience
