Scrum Master

About the Role

Day-to-day, you will be working closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to identify and remove impediments, facilitate Scrum events, and promote Agile principles. Your ability to work independently in a remote setting, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will be key to success.

What You Will Do

• Implement and facilitate Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Manage and coordinate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Work closely with the development team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with the product owner to develop and refine the product backlog
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure active participation from all team members
• Monitor sprint progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by overseeing the definition of done and definition of ready
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement changes to improve processes
• Manage and maintain project artifacts, including but not limited to the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burn-down charts
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and external partners

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile and Jira
• Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and values
• Experience with project management tools and software development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud-based project management tools
• Experience in the tech or digital marketing industry
• Certification in SAFe Agile or equivalent
• Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
