About the Role

UpGuard is looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead its US-based Sales Development Representative team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on generating qualified sales leads and will be pivotal to UpGuard's growth in the cybersecurity market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the SDR team to generate qualified sales pipeline across the US.
  • Coach and develop SDRs to enhance their prospecting and communication skills.
  • Own and manage SDR performance metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Design and implement an onboarding program for new hires.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on campaigns and demand generation strategies.
  • Ensure Sales Accepted Opportunities meet quality standards to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and automation to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and knowledge of modern sales technologies.
