- Advance targets from proprietary sourcing to a successfully closed acquisition
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and align with the company's strategic objectives
- Develop the Investment Memorandum (IM) and all supporting collateral necessary for securing investments
- Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activity to identify potential acquisition targets
- Engage with potential acquisition targets to assess their strategic fit and financial potential
- Negotiate terms of acquisitions and ensure smooth integration with existing operations
