About the Role
The Search & Paid Media Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing Scale Army Careers' online marketing strategy, focusing on paid media channels such as Google Ads and social media platforms. This role entails managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, conducting thorough market research, and analyzing user behavior to inform future campaign decisions. As part of a remote team, the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones.Day-to-day responsibilities will include staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media, collaborating with the content team to develop compelling ad copy, and working closely with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. The role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is a key component of the company's marketing function.

What You Will Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing ad copy and landing pages
- Manage and allocate budget across different campaigns and channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyzing metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversion rate
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
- Work closely with the analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide regular campaign performance reports and recommendations for future campaigns
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms is highly desirable
