Job Description

About the Role

The Secondary Engineer will lead and deliver design for protection and control systems and associated auxiliary systems at Transmission and Distribution levels.

Responsibilities

  • Design, check, and approve P&C schemes in accordance with established standards
  • Provide technical support and create Work Breakdown Structures for tendering
  • Work in line with project programs and create regular updates
  • Enable effective project delivery by assisting with preparation of Design Intent Documents and technical specifications

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of HNC/HND in a related engineering field and 5 years of applicable experience
  • Proven knowledge of Transmission or Distribution practices (400kV to 11 kV)
  • Good teamwork, analytical, and communication skills
